We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Our Returns

  • All items are custom-made or personalized and are generally non-returnable/non-refundable. Please review the product description for specific eligibility.
  • Rivian Clubs does not issue credit for returns except in cases of defects, misprints, or order discrepancies within Printful’s control. See Printful’s Return Policy below for resolution steps in those rare instances.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Printful’s Return Policy

  • Printful products (such as clothing, accessories, and print-on-demand items) are made to order, so we cannot accept returns for these products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photographic proof of the issue. We will either send you a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund.
  • Incorrect Items: If you received an incorrect item, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will send the correct item or issue a refund.

Refunds

  • Ineligible for Refunds
    • Buyer’s remorse or dissatisfaction with the design/product.
    • Incorrect size, color, or personalization ordered by the customer.
    • Late deliveries caused by the customer (e.g., address issues).
  • Process for Requesting a Refund
    • Contact the Merchant First: Since Printful fulfills orders for third-party stores, initiate the request through the store where you purchased (they handle customer-facing refunds).
    • Submit to Printful: The merchant files a claim via Printful’s dashboard with photos and details. Printful reviews and issues a refund to the merchant (who then refunds you).
    • Timeline: Expect resolution within 2–5 business days after approval; full refunds include product cost but not shipping fees unless it’s Printful’s error.
    • Returns: For eligible cases, use the provided shipping label. Items must go to the originating facility (locations vary by product). If unclaimed after 30 days, items may be donated, and no further refund is issued.

Exchanges

  • Due to the fact that all items are made to order specifically for each customer, we cannot authorize any exchanges. Once production begins based on your unique specifications, the item is non-exchangeable. We appreciate your understanding of our policy on bespoke, personalized products.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at shop@rivianclubs.org with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Ship the item back to the provided return address.
