Rivian Clubs of America – Personal Identifiable Information (PII) Policy  

 1. Purpose  

Rivian Clubs of America (RCA) is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of our members. This policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and share members’ personally identifiable information (PII) while ensuring compliance with our partnerships and operational requirements.  

 2. Information Collection

RCA collects and stores only the personal information necessary to support club membership, events, and partnerships. This may include:  

– Name  

– Email Address  

– Phone Number  

– Mailing Address  

– Membership Level  

 3. Permitted Use of Personal Information

Personal information collected by RCA will be used exclusively for:  

– Managing and verifying membership status  

– Communicating about events, club updates, and activities  

– Facilitating partnerships that provide benefits to members  

 4. Information Sharing & Third-Party Access  

RCA will only share member information with partners when necessary to fulfill club operations. The information shared will be limited to the bare minimum required, and the partner will be required to have a rigorous PII protection policy in place.

Any other sharing of PII will require explicit prior consent from the member. RCA will never sell, trade, or distribute member information for commercial purposes.  

 5. Data Security & Storage  

RCA implements reasonable security measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. Access to PII is limited to authorized RCA leadership and service providers required to support club operations.  

 6. Member Rights & Consent  

Members have the right to:  

– Request a copy of the personal information RCA has on file  

– Request corrections to their information  

– Request deletion of their information (subject to any necessary retention for membership processing)  

– Opt out of specific communications or data-sharing arrangements  

 7. Policy Updates  

RCA reserves the right to update this policy as needed. Any material changes will be communicated to members before implementation.
